Spanish Newspaper Marca has reported that the intentions of Manchester United coach Sir Alex Ferguson is to not just retain Cristiano Ronaldo for just another season but to bind him to a bigger, better & longer contract exceeding the already 4 years, as soon as possible.
Even after confidently declaring that the Portuguese star will see out his 4 year contract at Manchester United. Boss Ferguson wants more and already sees a possibility renewing his starts contract for a few more years.
“The player we see out his remaining 4 years of the contract and at some point we could also extend it” – said the Scot, basking in victory after winning the battle with Madrid
“He is happy to play for Manchester United” said Ferguson in reference to Ronaldo. “And has always been happy here”
