Ronaldo once dazzled the footballing world with his goal-scoring prowess, is trying to resurrect his career, after recovering from a knee injury. Ronaldo played for European giants like Barcelona, Real Madrid, PSV Eindhoven, and Inter Milan still keeps hope to get back to the Brazilian national team. Now a free agent, Ronaldo is in holding talks with Manchester City. Ronaldo believes there is still possibility to join Manchester City and play in English Premier League.
Earlier Manchester City owners though had claimed earlier this week that, they are not looking to sign Ronaldo. Nevertheless Ronaldo said, “Yes, it is a big Possibility”, while answering the question from French daily L’Equipe, that whether he is tempted about playing in English Premier League.
He added, “Manchester City are in the process of putting in place an unbelievable project, with some great players.” “A project which is long term but which could get immediate results because City want to topple the existing order of world football”. “We are in the process of talking to them. So we will see.”
French league also interests Ronaldo. However, he is yet to receive any offer from any French club. He personally likes Paris St Germain.
