Spurs to cut their losses with Modric sale? Bentley to follow?

Tottenham look set to cut their losses on their £16 million signing of 23 year old, former Dynamo Zagreb midfielder Luka Modric.

Prior to his move, he was linked to many of the big European clubs but, despite a promising pre-season, he has been a major factor in the club’s appalling season start, with them sitting at the very bottom of the table with only two points. No doubt, White Hart Lane will be happy to see him leave.

Juventus, however, are rumoured to be amongst the Croatian national’s admirers and are preparing a move when the transfer window opens in January from Juande Ramos’ side, with talks of a £15 million bid.

Will this be the same in the Bentley Case ??

This will allow spurs to cut their losses on Modric and Claudio Ranieri’s Serie A side Juventus will have a highly ranked midfielder.
