Afellay is ready to quit PSV and all indications are that coach Huub Stevens is prepared to sell in January.
Ibrahim Afellay (born April 2, 1986 in Utrecht) is a Dutch footballer of Moroccan descent, Since 2005 he has represented PSV 85 times. And scoring 15 goals during that time period.
Afellay has also Netherlands on 13 occasions and is yet to score a goal. At 22 Years of age, the young dutch has got a good future ahead of him.
But there are resentful moves from some parts of the Arsenal clan, as they think signing of Afellay may lead to the attacking midfielder standing in the way of kids like Wilshere and Ramsey development.
What the fans really want is an Experienced Defensive Midfielder instead of yet another young attacking player.
This is the most ridiculous piece of journalism i have ever read!No Arsenal fan would be disappointed if the club signed someone of Afellay’s quality.It would not halt the progress of Jack Wilshere or Aaron ramsey in anyway shape or form!
Both Ramsey and Wilshere are destined to play in a central role and Arsenal are already two players short in the midfield department.
