Inter Milan manager Jose Mourinho is reportedly growing tired of injury-prone midfielder veteran Patrick Vieira. The 32 year old limped out of international duty for France with a calf problem

“I had French players also at Chelsea and the story was the same.

“Either they returned from their national team injured or they became so after a few days.

“I’m worried about losing Vieira again for a few weeks. France’s next competitive game is in 2009 and seeing as the player has always had problems when he’s gone there the most logical thing would be to leave him to work with the club and recall him in 2009.

“But I bet that for this friendly in November (against Uruguay) he will be called up.

“When I arrived here Vieira was injured because of the national team, then he returned and played very well - he played four consecutive games for the first time in several years, he was playing really well. Then he got injured again and now he’s out.”
