Wenger still chasing young talent with £6m Fabian Delph

Arsene Wenger still seems to be pursuing young rather than experienced talent, with the Gunners being linked with a January move for 18 year old Leeds United midfielder Fabian Delph.

Delph is viewed as one of England’s rising stars, and has won acclaim in the England Under-19 squad. In playing for Leeds United, Delph has also been an integral part of the squad and was star player in Leeds’ 3-1 victory over Brighton.

Manager Gary McAllister said: “He has such a lot going for him. I don’t have to tell him a great deal because he is so naturally talented but so much of what he does is so pleasing to the eye.”

A move to the Emirates stadium would be in the region of £6m.

  1. England says:

Nice to see a person who obviously takes England as seriously as I do.
