Fifa has announced their 23 nominees for the prestiguous ‘World Player of the Year’ award, which is voted for by international managers and team captains. The English Premiership leads the nominations with 10 of the 23 nominees.
Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to win, given that he recently won the FifPro player of the year award.
