Chelsea Football Club have reportedly identified their replacement for Didier Drogba.

Reports suggest the Blues have decided to finally offload their controversial Ivory Coast international, with his likely destination set to be Jose Mourinho’s Inter Milan.

It is believed Luiz Felipe Scolari has identified Rennes striker Jimmy Briand as a replacement, and an offer of £15million should be enough to land the 23-year-old.
