Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo has revealed how his teammates keep him grounded and level-headed despite the high praise he receives from critics, players and managers-alike.
Ronaldo has a trophy room in his house filled with the growing collection of medals, gongs and of course his player of the year award which he won after votes from teammates and United’s coaching staff:
Speaking to The Sunday Times, Ronaldo said:
“The one I like best is the one from the staff. I like being with my teammates,”
“Rio Ferdinand always said I can do better. He signed a hat-trick ball I won, ‘Not bad’. I had a great last season and am always looking to improve.”
