Ex-Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has commented that despite Liverpool currently being at the top of the Premiership they are unlikely to win the title. Mourniho instead said:

“Liverpool have had a very good start but, when it comes down to it, I think it will be between Chelsea and Manchester United,”

Is this a fair comment from the Inter Milan manager? Although there is only one point between Liverpool and Chelsea, Liverpool have consistently stayed on or near the top of the table. It is hardly a surprising comment, however, as Mourinho has often held a fairly low opinion of the Reds and despite a great start to the season Mourinho still doesnt seem to have followed Gerrard’s command to ’show us more respect’.
