Arsenal seem set to loan striker Jay Simpson to Norwich City after manager Arsene Wenger spoke of his desire to get the younger and less experienced players to get regular action, which is something many of them are unlikely to be able to accomplish in Arsenal’s first team.

If Simpson does make a move to Norwich it seems that Wenger will want guarantees that he is getting this regular playing experience. Derby County and West Bromwich have also expressed an interest in the 19 year old, so it looks like Wenger will have leverage over City.
