Harry Redknapp is looking to add more flair to his White Hart Lane squad in the New Year, and the Daily Mirror believe he has set his sights on Ryan Babel.

The Dutch international is becoming increasingly frustrated with his lack of first team opportunities at Liverpool, and recently asked Rafael Benitez for a return loan to Ajax.

This request was dismissed by the Reds manager, but it is being reported that Redknapp will test the water with an offer of £7million in January for a permanent transfer.
