Where Will Michael Owens Future Be?

Recently Newcastle United have offer England top striker Michael Owen a new contract which will expend his service as a striker for Newcastle for a further three years at his current club, this would bring Owen up to the age of 32+.

Joe Kinnear have spent few hours sitting down talking with Owen for a few hours about his new contract and his future with Newcastle United, Joe Kinnear is quite sure about the extend signing of Owen and is really upbeat with the talks.

It’s still not 100% yet, but negotiating is taking place, there will surely be results in the next few days, and Kinnear is quite positive about the outcome of this extending contract talk

Owen transferred from Real Madrid to Newcastle when he didn’t see much of first team role and since he has moved to Newcastle, there was quite a lot of expectations, but injures has affected his performance, and has not being able to perform at his best due to lack of match practice.
