Manchester City have tabled a £24 million bid for Barcelona midfielder Yaya Toure, according to reports.
Yaya, the younger brother of Arsenal defender Kolo Toure, currently earns £2.4 million a year at the Nou Camp but City's owners are set to double the Ivory Coast international's wages in a bid to lure him away from Spain.
